We want you to be happy with your plan. If you aren't, here's how we handle refunds and plan changes.
1. 14-day refund window
New paid subscriptions, when checkout is available, can be refunded within 14 days of purchase for a full refund unless abuse or local law requires a different result. Email [email protected] from the account's registered address.
2. Renewals
Automatic renewals are not refundable after the 14-day window unless required by local law. To avoid renewal, cancel from Account Settings before the next billing date.
3. Upgrades
Upgrading mid-cycle is pro-rated: you pay the difference from today through your next billing date.
4. Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the benefits of your current tier until then.
5. Commercial rights
Refunds do not create, extend, or preserve commercial rights to bundled third-party assets. Use of assets is controlled by the rights stated in Credits or a separate written agreement.
6. Disputes
Please reach out before filing a chargeback so we can review the account and payment record. Contact us.
