Can I download RPG Map Editor for Windows or Linux?

What is the difference between the Offline Edition and the browser editor?
Both are the same editor. The Online Edition is a subscription that runs in your browser with a cloud library and share links. The Offline Edition is installed on one computer, saves projects to your disk, and never needs to go online after activation.

Can I export maps from the desktop app to Roll20 or Foundry VTT?
